SIMCOCK(Beryl) Gordon, Clare, Alison and Tim would like to express their sincere thanks to family, friends, neighbours and all at Werrington Methodist Church and Circuit for the cards, messages of condolence and many kindnesses shown over the last months. Thanks to the Oncology Department of the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Marie Curie Care and the District Nursing Service. A special thanks for the very generous contributions to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, which have now reached £1,000.00, received in memory of Beryl. Thanks also to Rev. Richard Harris for the beautiful service and to David H. Smith Funeral Directors for their care and consideration in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
